Sewing patterns are sold as digital downloads and no physical item will be mailed to you. See “How do I download my files?”, under sewing patterns on the Help page.

Handmade dolls will be shipped with Canada Post. I only ship my dolls with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.

I do my best to ship doll orders within 3 business days.

Flat rate shipping fees for handmade dolls:

Shipping fees are based on actual costs plus a small handling fee to cover packaging. Please contact me if your country is not included here. I do not ship to all countries.

Important: Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees.
