Returns & Cancellations
Sewing patterns:
Due to the nature of digital files, once downloaded, orders are considered final and cannot be refunded or canceled. Please read over the product description, customer reviews, and the Help page carefully before ordering.
If you have not downloaded your files, your order can be cancelled and refunded. Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and I will process your request if my data shows that zero downloads have occurred on the pattern you wish to cancel. Refunds can take 3 to 10 days depending on the payment provider used at checkout.
For EU Customers — Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under EU consumer protection law. However, by completing your purchase of a digital sewing pattern, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun. If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting me before any download has occurred. Definitions for digital download sewing patterns: "Item delivered" or "item fulfilled" means that the item was downloaded and no longer available for return or cancellation. Eligible orders will be refunded as soon as they are cancelled. Go to your account to start a request.

Handmade dolls (physical items):
Please consider your purchase carefully before committing to buy, especially if you are uncertain or unfamiliar with handmade dolls. Once ordered and packaged, these handmade dolls take a long and bumpy journey, and then back again if you change your mind.
Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase and I will cancel and refund your order. After 24 hours there is a chance that your order has already been shipped, and you will have to wait to receive it on your end.
If you would like to return your order, please do so within 14 days of delivery. Keep the doll(s) in original, clean condition and contact me with your intention to return it. Returns are shipped at the expense of the customer. The customer must return the doll with tracking. Your money will be refunded (not including shipping fees) once I receive the doll and it is observed to be in its original condition. There will be a 5% restocking fee for all physical orders, but if damaged from poor handling or improper re-packaging by the customer there may be a 25-50% restocking & repair fee. Note: If the return is sent without a tracking number, refunds will be forfeited if not received within 30 days.
